Gracie Estep, President Gracie has 12 years experience in the mortgage lending/home building industry; covering sales, marketing and mortgage operations. She began her career in the real estate industry by working for a home builder as a Marketing Manager straight out of college. She was awarded the Marketing Manager of the year award from 2000- 2004. She later moved her family to Illinois and began operations as the Vice President of Sales for Saratoga Homes where she remained for three years. In 2008, she began dedicating her career solely to the mortgage lending industry. Her dedication and perseverance awarded her the position of President for JNC Mortgage in 2011.

Dawn Harris, Branch Manager – Killeen/Austin and Senior Loan Officer Dawn has over 20 year’s Realtor and Mortgage Lending experience in the Fort Hood/Killeen area. Dawn started as Realtor, decided she wanted to try the lending industry and enjoyed being able to help families realize their American Dream. She then moved on to explore the title side of the business, keeping in mind, the more she educated herself in all aspects of this career, the more valuable she would be to her clients. Dawn will resume her college studies this Spring at Central Texas College in Business Management Marketing and Sales Specialization.

Dawn has raised three children, Christopher, Dustin and Stephanie in the Central Texas area and has two grandchildren, Christopher II and Carrington. Dawn, her mother and her daughter currently share a residence in Killeen, TX. NMLS #209088

Sandra Carrillo, Senior Loan Officer Sandra has been in the mortgage lending industry for 8 years. She currently holds the title of a Senior Loan Officer for JNC Mortgage where she has been extremely instrumental in training all staff member in the constant changes in the mortgage lending industry. Rose Soto, Resale Account Processor Rose has been in the Mortgage Banking industry for over 20 years. Her credentials include underwriting authority. Prior to her employment with JNC Mortgage, Rose worked for one of the largest mortgage banks in El Paso, TX as an Underwriter for 8 years. She later went on to manage several different Mortgage Brokers. Her experience is second to none in mortgage lending. Rose currently resides in El Paso, TX with her husband. NMLS #11111

Cesar Garcia, Administrative Assistant Cesar is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. His employment with JNC Mortgage began 3 years ago when he was still in high school working through a DECA school program. He has been a key player in the JNC Mortgage team and is looking forward to a wealth of knowledge and experience in the mortgage lending industry. Cesar currently resides in El Paso, TX with his parents and two young siblings.
